Fishing Time Functions
Each fishing time screen includes level indicators （fish icons） that shows the relative
favorability of the fishing time from low （no fish icons） to very high （four fish icons）.
（Fishing times are available from the year 2000 to 2039）.
Fishing times show the time of the Moon's 0, 6, 12, and 18 hour angles each day,
which are believed to be the best for fishing.
