“Gulf Man”系列是G-SHOCK在2007年推出的一个全新的主题系列，设计师们把“海上装甲船”的概念引进手表领域。防锈功能是它最为显著的特征。G-9100金属部分采用特定的钛金属材质及钛金属螺丝，可以防止海水、汗水的腐蚀。表带具有速干的特点，背刻上是“Gulf Man”的图像也是由装甲船中的密封救生艇演化而来。同时此款表还具有月球资料及潮汐图等功能，很适合在海上冲浪运动。
